Webcasting can be fun and interactive! For example it is possible to use chat or Instant Messenger programs to allow remote viewers to ask live questions of the speaker or presenter. Also, documents can be uploaded to accompany the video archive, including PowerPoint slides, up to date agendas, information about the speakers, etc.

After a live webcast, the video can be archived and accessed through a direct link from your company website. This enables viewers to see and listen to the webcast at a time that suits them best. Viewing of the archived video can be password protected which allows for tracking number of viewers and the possibility of charging a fee for access.
