A Pre-Conference Workshop at the

NYS Volunteer Ambulance & Rescue Association’s Pulse Check Conference

Administrative tasks and personnel management are among an EMS Administrator’s central responsibilities.  Professional development efforts in areas like administration, supervision, public relations and budgeting receive little attention.  These skills and concepts are critical to every EMS service’s long-term success and role as a community caretaker.  In response, Catskill Hudson AHEC, in concert with a number of EMS Providers, has custom designed this EMS Leadership Academy for EMS officers and other first responders.  The program presents a learning experience tailored to EMS providers by experienced leaders in EMS.
