Kathryn Reed, CMPE - Executive Director - Kathryn has over 20 years experience as a healthcare executive with Mid-Hudson Family Health Institute as well as with Brown University’s Family Practice Residency Program. Her experience encompasses the areas of corporate development, strategic planning, public relations, marketing, grant writing, medical practice management and development of rural health networks and integrated health delivery systems.

Katherine Doyle - Program and Marketing Coordinator - Kathy joined the Catskill Hudson AHEC staff on September 20, 2004. She brings to this position organizational, marketing and management skills acquired in positions ranging from Office Manager to Marketing Associate. Her previous employment was based primarily in New York City and involved both domestic and international activities. Kathy began working in the Hudson Valley in 2002.

Kirsten Carle – Events Planning and Projects Coordinator - Kirsten began working with Catskill Hudson AHEC on May 4, 2005. She joins us with more than five years experience in office management as well as graphic design and marketing. Kirsten has a diverse work history, with experience ranging from medical writing to independent book publishing to wholesale art. Eager to pursue her own interest in joining the community of healthcare providers, Kirsten is delighted to have this opportunity to work with an organization committed to improving the quality of and accessibility to healthcare.

Roxanna Raffa, MSN, RN – Project Development and Education Coordinator - Roxanna joined Catskill Hudson AHEC in October 2005. “Roxy” is a registered nurse with experience in staff development and various clinical settings. She works closely with our Nursing Workforce Development Work Group in the development of their annual work plan, nursing education programs and project coordination. She is also responsible for grant writing to support the development of future pipeline and education programs and is the outreach liaison for the northern tier of our 11-county region.

Rochelle (Shelly) Mosse – Administrative Assistant and My Health Career^® Administrator - Shelly began working as Administrative Secretary for Catskill Hudson AHEC on September 25, 2006.  Shelly’s ability to quickly take on projects has been extremely valuable to achieving Catskill Hudson AHEC’s mission.  As Shelly is naturally "computer savy", she was able to quickly take over the HC Tracker data entry as well as the My Health Career® Administrator duties.
